Its essence consists of subcutaneous injection into different parts of the body of the thinnest, almost invisible threads of polydioxanone.

A thread attached to a flexible steel guide needle, sharpened by a laser, is inserted in the form of a mesh perpendicular to the muscle tissue. The needle is so thin that it easily slides into the subcutaneous fat tissue, practically without damaging it.
