Filorga products for biorevitalization, filling, daily care - review and expert opinion

Despite the long history of using biorevitalizants and meso-cocktails, interest in them does not fade. Aesthetic cosmetology is progressing, so the demand for quality products will grow. In particular, mesotherapy Filorga, which is characterized by high health-improving effectiveness combined with the absence of risks and complications, enjoys special trust among cosmetologists. The credibility of a drug does not depend on the rank and “venerability” of the manufacturer – it is built on reviews from clients and doctors. The drug is represented by lines of home and professional cosmetics for anti-aging skin care of the face, neck and décolleté.

Characteristics of the drug

The French Laboratoires Filorga successfully develops and sells anti-aging products. The manufacturer's arsenal includes mesotherapy preparations, intradermal fillers, chemical peels, and an extensive line of professional cosmetics. The products are trusted by cosmetologists, and the products are popular among patients.

For comprehensive support of skin condition, Filorga offers 3 options for meso-cocktails NCTF135, consisting of 55 active ingredients. Products differ in the concentration of sodium hyaluronate. For biorevitalization, the manufacturer produces 2 types of gels based on hyaluronic acid. Non-animal substances are used to make products.

Attention! When producing various types of Laboratories products, Filorga uses a special double organic filtration, supplemented with glycerol.

Filorga X-HA®: The art of bringing back youth

It is known that hyaluronic acid restores harmony, youth and beauty to the face. When injected into wrinkles, the universal filler X-HA3® “straightens” them from the inside, into the lips - making a clear contour and restoring their natural volume. Volumizing filler X-HA Volume® models the oval of the face and restores lost volume. Filorga fillers - effective, instant, natural and long-lasting results!

X-HA 3 ® is the result of joint developments between Filorga Laboratories, recognized as experts in the field of anti-aging, and a European laboratory – an expert in the creation of hyaluronic acid preparations, mainly for rheumatology. The collaboration resulted in the introduction of a new approach to the use of dermal fillers, called Dynamic Modeling. This approach provides ideal filling of wrinkles at any depth.

Indications and effectiveness of use

Mesotherapy and biorevitalization with Filorga gels is carried out for the purpose of general health improvement and tissue rejuvenation. The substances have a revitalizing effect and are used for:

  • prevention of premature aging, elimination of existing age-related changes;
  • additions to therapy in the treatment of seborrhea, acne, acne, rosacea, and other dermatological problems;
  • preparation for deep effects (plasty, peeling), rehabilitation after various interventions;
  • improving the quality and appearance of the integument (elimination of dryness, dull color, flabbiness);
  • relief leveling (smoothing wrinkles, adjusting contours);
  • treatment of scars, stretch marks, sunburn, age spots.

As a result of intradermal exposure during biorevitalization, the skin is smoothed, tightened, cleansed, acquires a healthy appearance, optimal characteristics of density, elasticity, and moisture. Filorga surface applied products such as pigment perfect or nutri filler give positive but less dramatic results.

Long-acting biorevitalizant M-HA18

Filorga M-HA18®: correction of superficial wrinkles, skin bioreinforcement, prolonged biorevitalization

M-HA18® is a soft dermal filler for filling superficial wrinkles, bio-reinforcement and intense hydration.

Indications for use of M-HA18®

  • Filling superficial wrinkles (eye area, wrinkles around the mouth)
  • Skin bioreinforcement
  • Intense saturation of the skin with moisture
  • Increased skin tone and elasticity
  • Preventing the appearance of superficial wrinkles
  • Improved skin color and radiance
  • Correction of superficial wrinkles, bio-reinforcement, skin hydration.

Types of drugs

For classical biorevitalization, Filorga offers 2 gel options:

  • M-HA10. The product is intended for “delicate” areas: the area of the eyes, mouth, sensitive, thin epidermis. MNA 10 is used to prevent aging of young skin. The substance has a light texture and is quickly distributed in tissues. Perfectly eliminates dryness, smoothes out fine wrinkles, helps in the treatment of acne and sunburn. The option is ideal for patients 20–35 years old.

  • M-HA18. The drug is suitable for smoothing out more pronounced wrinkles and lightly tightening the skin. MHA 18 is used to work with thicker, oily skin. The substance is viscous, soft, of medium density. The product eliminates dehydration, fine wrinkles, smoothes medium-depth creases, and helps tighten tissue. The drug is suitable for bioreinforcement. The option is ideal for patients 30–50 years old.

To perform complex tissue replenishment, Filorga offers not the M HA line, but meso-cocktails containing hyaluronic acid. The manufacturer has developed 3 types of products:

  • Innovative version of NSTF 135+. It is considered a light product for young skin. Eliminates dryness, eliminates the first wrinkles, helps in the fight against acne and seborrhea. This option is ideal for “tired” skin at a young age and prevention of aging. Prescribed to patients under 30 years of age.

  • Enriched composition NCTF 135 HA. Characterized by a high content of sodium hyaluronate. The drug promotes deep hydration, complete enrichment of tissues with useful substances, and strengthening of vascular walls. The substance is aimed at eliminating superficial wrinkles, small scars, and rosacea. This option is ideal for skin with initial signs of aging. Prescribed to patients 30–35 years old.

  • Extra enriched version of NSTF 135 HA+. Designed for tissue remodeling. The action of the product is aimed at smoothing wrinkles of varying depths, tightening, and tightening the dermal layers. This option is used for the treatment of age-related changes, preparatory, rehabilitation actions associated with deep intervention in the dermal structures. Prescribed to patients over 35 years of age.

Preparations marked X HA 3, volume are intended for intradermal administration into the middle, deep layers. The substances have a denser texture and are aimed at eliminating typical signs of aging and volumizing tissue. Gels from the XHA line are used for filling (filling) lips, cheekbones, and facial contouring, which does not involve surgical intervention.

For non-injection skin care, Filorga offers cosmetics for surface application. Nutri fillers and pigment perfect serum are popular among patients. The manufacturer assures that the combined use of intradermal and surface products gives the most pronounced results.

Important! The selection of the drug for the procedures is performed by the doctor. The cosmetologist takes an individual approach to assessing the situation. Not only the type of Filorga product is targeted, but also the number of procedures necessary to solve problems.

"Residents" from the Filorga laboratory

The birthplace of Laboratories FILORGA, which has existed since 1978, is France. The company's priority activity is the creation and production of intradermal fillers for correcting skin of different age categories, professional masks, glycolic peels, meso-cocktails, and biorevitalizants. There is a lot of talk about an effective mask for home use, Meso-S, which noticeably smoothes the skin in one session. But we will talk about professional means of intradermal action, in particular, about the NCTF 135 family of meso-cocktails and the M-HA biorevitalization complex.

The main goal of producing Filorga drugs is to restore the client’s youth. Achieving the effect of photorejuvenation, smoothing out fine wrinkles, lifting ptosis lines - this is the result that injections of French biorevitalizants give.

Carrying out the procedure

Biorevitalization with Filorga means is performed through the intradermal administration of substances. The doctor conducts a preliminary consultation, the results of which help the cosmetologist decide on the drug and work plan.

The specialist takes into account many factors: the patient’s wishes, skin condition, individual characteristics.

The doctor not only details the process, but also points out to the patient the need for proper preparation: it is recommended to lead a healthy lifestyle, stop drinking alcohol, and stop taking certain medications. It is important to be in the hands of a cosmetologist who is attentive to completing tasks.

The doctor’s high professional level will help solve the patient’s problem with the least likelihood of complications. For this it is additionally recommended:

  • inquire about the presence of certificates from the cosmetologist regarding the possibility of performing biorevitalization;
  • It is desirable to have documents indicating that you have completed training in the manipulation of Filorga drugs;
  • control the sterility of the procedure;
  • inquire about the expiration dates of intradermal products.

Before injection, the cosmetologist cleanses the skin of the treatment areas and antisepticizes the areas involved in the work. The decision about pain relief is made together with the patient. To minimize discomfort, the use of local topical anesthesia is recommended. Injecting Filorga biorevitalizants does not require additional preparation of the substance. The cosmetologist breaks the seal of the packaging and begins manipulation.

The doctor injects selected areas using a thin needle or a special injector. The papular technique of exposure is popular. The cosmetologist inserts the tip of the needle to a shallow depth, and the product is injected in small doses. The injected drug forms a characteristic swelling (papule) on the surface of the skin.

Attention! It is possible to perform hardware (superficial) treatment, which receives less enthusiastic reviews of its effectiveness.

The procedure takes 20–60 minutes. After performing the injections, the doctor treats the skin with an antiseptic. Additional use of wound healing agents is possible. The cosmetologist talks about the principles of care during the recovery period and releases the patient.

Contraindications

No serious complications or side effects were identified for all Filorga drugs.

However, the practice of biorevitalization is strictly prohibited in the following cases:

  • during pregnancy;
  • during lactation;
  • for current acute inflammatory diseases;
  • in oncology.

Despite such a small list of contraindications, it is necessary to report all your concerns to the cosmetologist at a preliminary consultation to exclude any unpleasant side effects.

Healing period

Biorevitalization is called a minimally invasive procedure. The tissue injury is superficial. This does not mean that the intervention leaves no traces. Immediately after the manipulation, papules, redness, and possible swelling are visible on the skin. There is a high probability of developing swelling and bruising. Similar symptoms are typical for biorevitalization; additional treatment of manifestations is not required.

It is important to endure the negative effects of manipulation on your appearance. Masking or trying to influence symptoms is not recommended. It is advisable to spend the rest of the day after the procedure at home. They refuse standard washing and the use of any cosmetics. Antiseptic treatment of areas is acceptable. Further care of the integument is carried out in a standard manner.

After the procedure, it is important to follow the restrictions. The doctor will indicate the need to exclude in the first 2–7 days:

  • excessive impact on the skin (do not knead, rub, massage);
  • decorative cosmetics;
  • swimming in the pool, open water;
  • steaming (hot water in the shower, bath, sauna);
  • tanning under natural or artificial rays;
  • unauthorized conduct of any procedures involving treated areas.

A favorable picture after exposure is formed within 2–3 days: the integument becomes pleasant to look and feel. The skin acquires a healthy color, signs of fatigue disappear, small wrinkles are smoothed out.

Biorevitalization is carried out in courses. For preventive purposes, at least 2–3 procedures are performed once every 1–2 weeks. To treat various deficiencies, you will need 5–8 sessions with an interval of 7–10 days. The result obtained as a result of biorevitalization is noticeable for 4–12 months.

In the hands of Dr. Tordjman: personal experience

Michel Tordzhman, the founder of the Filorga brand and the inventor of the meso-cocktail, which they are still trying but cannot copy, in half an hour returned Yana Zubtsova to her lost blooming appearance.

Michel Tordjman, a world legend and guru of aesthetic medicine, lives in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, where he sees patients. Patients have been coming to him for decades. The youngest is 25 years old. “I came with my mother, complaining about dull skin and acne. We did several procedures, everything was fine. Or did you find a boyfriend?” Tordjman laughs. Some are about 90. The oldest are more than 100 (!) years old. “Last time, however, she didn’t come... I hope it’s just Alzheimer’s.”

After all, medical humor is an international thing, I think.

You can’t ask how old the doctor himself is. This is the only taboo question. Everything else - for God's sake, ask, clarify, inquire. But it’s always interesting what is not allowed. He might look 60-something if it weren't for his stoop, I think. However, maybe he was stooped even in his youth? The look is young, the hands are strong.

But he can't be 60. Then the arithmetic doesn't add up. After all, it is known that he invented his miracle meso cocktail in 1978 (!). Not at the age of 30, in fact, did he become concerned with the problem of aging?! Although, of course, anything can happen. The cocktail is called New Cellular Treatment Factor, it contains more than 50 (and again!) active anti-aging components. And it completely covers the needs of the skin.

The name quickly became the acronym NCTF. Tordjman prudently did not patent it. “If I did that, I would have to disclose the patent in 10 years. These are the rules of the game. And everyone would copy it legally. And no one can completely decompose it. I don’t hide the fact that it contains vitamins A, E, C, B and K, amino acids, minerals and coenzymes. What did you forget?.. Ah, nucleic acids. That is, it is not a secret. The secret is in proportions and concentrations. They are extremely difficult to decipher.

Here it is, this cocktail. In 30 years, he tweaked the formula only a few times.

Everything your skin dreamed of, but didn’t know who to ask.

Since the introduction of NCTF, more than 10 million bottles have been sold worldwide (what, again, should I put an exclamation point?!:). Hundreds of scientific publications confirming its effectiveness, thousands of enthusiastic non-scientific reviews.

And soon Dr. Tordjman will personally inject the contents of this bottle into my skin.

In the meantime, I take a quick look around the area. This is my first time in an aesthetic European office of this level. I'm interested in everything.

Well, these books on the table in the reception area are, of course, designed to demonstrate the artistic tastes of the owner and their latitude-height-longitude.

It’s funny: I also have Van Cleef&Arpels and Inside Hollywood albums at home.

In his bathroom there is a Russian nesting doll, which he calls “Granny” in French. There is a samovar in the hallway. “I love Russia, I was there for the first time 20 years ago at a congress on aesthetic medicine. The congress took place in some ophthalmological hospital - “Yes! Exactly. 500 doctors, master classes all day, and in the evening everyone went... to Rasputin.

Wow memory, I think. I usually can't remember the name of the restaurant even the next morning. What about in 20 years?!..

What kind of books are in the office? These ones that lie in a pile by the window?

“The author of these books is a friend of mine,” says Dr. Tordjman.

And this golden hand - well, it’s clear what associations it should give rise to.

About golden hands. I involuntarily pay attention to the shape of the doctor’s hands - and note that some similarity - yes, is really visible.

Before he lays me down on the couch, Tordjman shows me his article, published in the Russian journal Aesthetic Medicine in 2003.

The article explains how to combine NCTF cocktail with hyaluronic acid. “But now I have combined them in one bottle, and the question has disappeared.” In general, the doc demonstrates a freedom and breadth of views that is amazing for aestheticians. I’m used to the fact that in this swamp, every sandpiper praises his own and, at the same time, if possible, belittles someone else’s. And I was ready for the NCTF cocktail to be presented to us as a panacea for everything. Like, he is the only warrior in the field, and the reaper, and the Swede, and on the pipe too. I even forgave the doctor in advance: well, in the end, it’s really a cool thing, he invented it himself, and it hasn’t left the arena for so many years. But the doctor honestly says: no, it’s not a panacea. NCTF helps restore skin quality. Botox fights wrinkles, fillers fight volume loss, threads fight ptosis (if we are talking about non-surgical methods of fighting), and laser fights pigment spots.

And yes, he uses them all. It doesn't matter that he didn't invent them. It is important that he has all types of weapons. He sometimes combines up to 7 different techniques in one procedure. “But little by little. In Russian there is such a funny word that means “little by little”, I’ll remember now... “How-how”? Oh, no - “a little bit”.

So, I lie down on the couch. A brief anamnesis should be collected - what was injected, what was injected, what did you drink, what did you not drink. Botox? Fillers? Lasers? (In my case, this kind of conversation with doctors usually resembles a bad joke: “Girl, what are you doing tonight?” - the girl in a hoarse voice: “Everything!”)

Then - a detailed examination of the condition of the skin and an assessment of the number of wrinkles on a scale from 0 to 5. I am told something pleasant: there are absolutely no wrinkles, one-two-three-missed. On the forehead? Well, it’s either Botox or forget it. But this one, to the left of the eyebrow - this is precisely because of Botox, when the work of the muscles in the center of the forehead is paralyzed, you have to work hard (in the sense of working for three people) on the side.

Well, here we go. Forget it, the doc advises me. Yes, with pleasure.

I actually like his casual approach. It reminds me of the French approach to beauty. Red lipstick smeared, a curl came out, or your nail polish chipped? Do not mind it. Not a single chipped varnish is worth this grimace on your face that you put on yourself about this.

You're right, doc, it's not worth it.

And in general, I wear bangs.

Do what you need to do, Doc.

The doctor does not consider it necessary to apply anesthesia. “I have nothing against Emla, but sometimes the skin bleeds more with it, and the condition of the skin changes, so if possible, it’s better without. Aren't you afraid?

No, I'm not afraid.

Yes, let's go.

Is it okay that I should fly today? - Well, that's nonsense.

What if I go to the sauna? No, it's not worth it. Can you live without a sauna for two days? Even three, doc.

To avoid bruising, he applies pressure to the injection site. He has very strong hands. The pressure is even more noticeable than the injection itself. (No, the drug also does not contain anesthetics, I asked.)

The assistant's pressure is much more sensitive.

The assistant, by the way, is the same one on which he tested his discoveries 30 years ago. It's a pity that it's not on me. I would like skin like this, I think.

It doesn't hurt at all. It has never hurt so much, I think.

The doctor simultaneously says that there are three techniques for introducing the cocktail, depending on the type, depth of wrinkles and the general condition of the skin. And no, he does not agree that the effect of meso is only that the skin injured by injections gives a quick response and begins to regenerate intensively. “Then I would have been forced to injure you much more,” says the doc, “and so we got by with about 15 injections. This means nothing at all if you only rely on increased production of fibroblasts in response to injury.”

No, in order to get the effect, it’s not enough to just poke yourself in the face with a needle, says the doc. It is still advisable to inject a good drug into the skin.

After about 20 minutes it's all over.

To consolidate the result, the assistant sprays my face with Filorga essence. It feels like water. The skin reacts with joy, and the small redness that did form goes away immediately - as if they were painted with watercolor paint and were washed off the face, that’s all.

The assistant explains that she was Dr. Tordjman's first patient. It was on her face that all the experiments were carried out while work was underway on creating the NCTF cocktail. So she’s been on these injections for 20 years, I figure. Her skin is flawless. It is generally impossible to understand how old she is.

This is how some volunteers get lucky, I think. Although she was probably afraid at first. A clear example of the common truth that champagne and unfading beauty usually go to those who are willing to take risks.

The assistant (her name, by the way, is Domenic) meanwhile tells me that the Filorga creams actually contain that same cocktail. Not in its pure form, of course - in order for it to penetrate the skin without a syringe, conductor drugs are added to the creams.

And it crawls across the face like some sort of ultrasonic shaitan machine. A minute and a half, no more. At this moment I don’t feel anything and don’t think about anything.

More precisely, I think about things completely remote from what is happening in the office. That in 2007 Dr. Tordjman sold the rights to produce his products to another company, which, in fact, now owns the Filorga brand. And he is not directly related to Filorga products now. There are quite a number of cases around when the creator of a brand sells his brainchild, and then finds himself either completely eliminated from business, or eliminated himself. This is clearly a different story: they remained partners. With his name he guarantees the quality of creams. They (the new owners) are smart and honest enough not to discredit this name and release something that he is not ashamed to sign for. A rare and very encouraging case, in fact.

...And after another couple of minutes and 5 similar thoughts, I, slightly pinkish, take photos in the “after” genre. Zero makeup and zero photoshop.

And although I smile somewhat hauntedly, in fact I like myself, I’m just a little afraid of an unfamiliar photographer.

And, of course, I want to know how to live further. I mean, how many of these procedures do I need to... Um, I don’t even know what. Look 30 years younger, or at least not grow 20 years older? Doc refuses to give an exact number. He says it’s generally not very correct when they immediately tell you: “The course is 7-8-9-10 procedures.” Yes, it is clear that the phrase “everything is individual” has set teeth on edge, and it is also clear that everyone needs clarity and perspective, at least financially, but - “Everything is really individual. If you lived in Paris, I would ask you to come back in 3-4 weeks. I would evaluate the result, suggest combining it with Botox (or not), with fillers (or not), and do another NCTF procedure (most likely, yes). It is clear that the effect of fillers lasts 6-8 months. It is clear that the effect of biorevitalization lasts about a month. But this does not mean that biorevitalization must be done every month without fail. Sometimes it happens: after the first two sessions there is a wow effect, after the third - well, ok, it’s there. And then, although we do the same thing, there is no effect. This means we have reached a plateau. This means we demand more from the skin than it can do. So, you need to take a break. And I will offer to come to you in another month. In general, if you are in Paris, stop by. We will make our way to the goal in small steps.”

Well, here we are again stumbling over this very goal. Well, ok, let's put it this way - my goal is just to stay put. The same as I am here and now. If this requires running very quickly, or at least flying to Paris once a month, it seems to me that I’m ready, Doc, I think.

And I remember about his patients who are 90 years old. “Do you think, Doctor, does this make sense to them? I mean, they look... uh... only 85?”

“How can I tell you,” the doc answers, “it’s not the same as for you. You will notice a rejuvenating effect. They... they will simply notice that life goes on. I only do biorevitalization for them, no fillers, of course, no lasers. Everything is done very carefully, and no more than once every 2-3 months. And they come to me as if they were going to a hairdresser. It does not change anything. But it’s more pleasant to look at yourself in the mirror. And even the knowledge that you have an appointment with an esthetician and should come to him in 2 months - this probably gives them the strength to live.”

Minimizing the effect

Biorevitalization does not imply an immediate change in appearance. The effect of a series of procedures is soft and achieved gradually. Favorable changes, like negative ones, come slowly. Neutralization or minimization of achievements is not required. In case of significant unfavorable changes, it is possible to use products with hyaluronidase activity and perform a course of physiotherapeutic hardware.

Note! At home, results are corrected by increasing physical activity and steaming. Elimination of various complications is carried out with the help of antihistamines and anti-inflammatory drugs.

Instructions for use

The course of treatment consists of 2-6 procedures, each of which is carried out at intervals of two weeks. After treating the skin with an antiseptic and anesthetic gel, the drug is injected. There are several injection techniques:

  1. Papular. The substance is injected intradermally; with proper injection, a tubercle (papule) appears on the skin.
  2. Superficial and median nappage. The drug is administered at the level of the epidermis and dermis.
  3. Linear-retrograde. With this method, the needle is inserted to the desired distance at a certain angle. The medicine is administered as the needle is removed from the skin.

All stages of the procedure can be seen in the video:

Mesotherapy NCTF 135 is contraindicated in the following diseases and conditions:

  • pregnancy and breastfeeding;
  • chronic diseases in the acute stage;
  • blood clotting disorders, taking anticoagulants;
  • malignant neoplasms of any location;
  • hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Before using the product, read the official instructions for use. Pay attention to side effects and contraindications.

Precautionary measures

Elimination of contraindications is an important preliminary stage of biorevitalization. This allows you to avoid complications and negative results of the procedure. Contraindications include:

  • severe diseases of the blood, heart, blood vessels;
  • serious endocrine disorders (diabetes mellitus);
  • oncology;
  • epilepsy, other complex mental disorders;
  • allergy to the components of the cocktail used.

Biorevitalization is not performed on patients during pregnancy or lactation. The procedure is tolerated in the acute course of any general or chronic disease. They refuse manipulation if the integrity of the skin is compromised or a dermatological problem is detected in the areas of the upcoming treatment. Avoid injections if you are prone to developing keloid scars.

Biorevitalization is called a simple procedure with minimal possibility of complications. Typical side effects of the intervention are: swelling, bruising, redness, discomfort of the affected areas. You should be concerned if you find:

  • inflammatory processes;
  • changes in skin sensitivity (numbness, severe pain);
  • allergic reactions (itching, rash, redness);
  • severity of puncture marks;
  • long-term persistence, widespread spread of edema.

Minimizing complications is facilitated not only by the elimination of contraindications, but also by the correct choice of a doctor and compliance with the cosmetologist’s recommendations.

Advantages and disadvantages

Filorga biorevitalizants are completely biocompatible and provide a mild, complex effect. The drugs help achieve tissue healing, which is not always possible to achieve with analogues.

Some cosmetologists are confused by the insufficient anti-aging effect of Filorga products. The manufacturer’s line of classic biorevitalizants is poorly developed. Many people prefer to use IAL-System, Aquashine, and other similar products with a better anti-aging effect. Surface applied cosmetics from Filorga are often contrasted with Lierak products.

Opinion of cosmetologists

Doctors actively use Filorga cocktails for mesotherapy and biorevitalization. Cosmetologists like the soft result and the opportunity to work with patients of different ages. Filorga products improve skin quality for various problems.

The cosmetologist likes Filorga, but notices an insignificant anti-aging effect.

The cosmetologist recommends Filorga for biorevitalization.

The cosmetologist calls Filorga a universal option.
