What it is?
Biorevitalization is an injection method of administering drugs based on hyaluronic acid
Popular drugs of this type are: Juvederm HYDRATE, Restylane Vital Light, Teosyal Meso, Teosyal MesoExpert, Teosyal Pure Sense Redensity I, IAL System System), Ivor meso. These are drugs that contain only hyaluronic acid.
However, there are also combination preparations that, in addition to hyaluronic acid, contain vitamins, antioxidants, complexes of essential amino acids and peptides. These include, for example, NCTF 135, Jalupro (Yalupro), Revi (Revi).
The success of the procedure largely depends on the correctly selected drug to solve your problem. Each of the drugs has recommended protocols, but only after diagnosing the current skin condition will the doctor draw up a regimen for use.
Compatibility of laser facial biorevitalization with other procedures
There are a number of procedures that are recommended to be done together with biorevitalization to improve the result. For example, before it it is necessary to carry out radiofrequency lifting. This will naturally enhance the production of your own hyaluron.
It is also possible to inject hyaluronic fillers simultaneously with laser rejuvenation. There is a device that, using a special attachment, treats the skin with a laser and makes injections. With this method of laser biorevitalization of the face, hyaluronic acid is concentrated even in hard-to-reach tissues, enhancing the rejuvenating effect.

Combination with peelings and ultrasonic cleaning helps to quickly regenerate the skin after these procedures, reduces inflammatory processes if they appear.
Combining laser rejuvenation sessions with the application of skincare masks also gives good results. Visiting a cosmetologist becomes more effective.
In addition, it is recommended to combine biorevitalization with laser resurfacing, microdermabrasion, as well as myostimulation, photorejuvenation and microcurrent therapy.
When should you think about skin biorevitalization?
First of all, if you notice that your skin is dry and you can’t cope with it with regular care products.
This may be due to both external reasons, for example, returning from vacation, where they spent a lot of time under the sun, using inappropriate cosmetics and dry skin, and to internal reasons - changes in diet, aging processes, taking medications.
The biorevitalization procedure moisturizes the skin, improves color, and evens out its relief. The skin after the procedure becomes more elastic and smooth.
In addition, the introduction of active ingredients directly into the dermis improves metabolic processes, which has a positive effect on skin health.
This procedure is included in comprehensive protocols for reducing hyperpigmentation, treating scars and stretch marks, and anti-aging programs.
Indications for this procedure are as follows:
- dry and dehydrated skin,
- decreased tone and elasticity of the skin of the face, neck, décolleté,
- loose body skin in areas such as the hands, abdomen, knees, inner thighs and shoulders
- dull complexion
Peeling protocol
- Cleanse your facial skin with CLEANSER MOUSSE. This is an excellent cleanser for any skin type. The proteolytic enzymes included in its composition have a keratolytic and antibacterial effect, help remove sebum and the stratum corneum from the surface of the skin and thereby facilitate the penetration of the peeling composition into the dermis. 20 seconds after application, rinse off the product with water using light massage movements. Dry the skin.
- We degrease the skin with 96% ethyl alcohol.
- Apply BLOCK AGE PEEL CREAM retinoic peeling evenly and thoroughly onto the skin of the face, including the eyelids and neck. Rub the peeling composition into the skin for 10 minutes and leave for 8 hours. (The exposure time of the peeling composition varies from 6 to 10 hours: the rougher and less sensitive the skin, the more pronounced hyperkeratosis and signs of aging, the longer the exposure time.) It is necessary to warn the patient that during exposure to the peeling composition, a slight tingling may be subjectively observed, and objectively - slight pastiness/swelling of the skin, increasing pronounced erythema.
- After 8 hours, wash off the peeling composition with soap and water (the patient can do this independently) and apply VEGEFARMA CREAM MCP post-peeling cream to the skin. This cream contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids (linolenic, oleic, palmitoleic), as well as a set of amino acids (arginine, lysine, glycine, proline). VEGEFARMA CREAM MCP post-peeling cream restores the hydrolipidic barrier.
- For 15 days, apply MEDISCREEN SPF 85 MedicControlPeel sunscreen in the morning. As a result of the procedures performed, a decrease in periorbital and perioral wrinkles and a decrease in the severity of age spots are noted. Subjectively, the patient notes skin tightening, general hydration and rejuvenation.
The process of biorevitalization of the skin with hyaluronic acid preparations is a fundamental stage in the fight against chronoaging of the skin, and the combination of this procedure with peeling makes it possible to obtain maximum rejuvenating results in a minimum number of procedures.
How does this differ from contouring and mesotherapy?
Unlike contouring, the drugs used for biorevitalization do not add volume.
In contouring, denser preparations are used, they are called fillers, to add volume, for example, Juvederm Voluma for the cheekbones. And mesotherapy drugs, although they are administered in the same way as biorevitalizants, have other indications for use. For example, DMAE, to improve the shape of the face, or vitamin C for whitening and stimulating cell function.
How does the drug work? What are the active ingredients?
"Akriol Pro" is a local anesthetic cream containing amide-type anesthetics lidocaine and prilocaine in equal proportions at a concentration of 2.5%. The cream is applied to the skin in the form of an application, and an occlusive bandage or sticker is applied on top (this role can be played by cling film). Application time 60 minutes. Skin anesthesia is caused by the penetration of lidocaine and prilocaine into the layers of the epidermis and dermis. The degree of anesthesia depends on the dose of the drug and the duration of application.
Local anesthetics (lidocaine, prilocaine) block sodium channels.
Both drugs are emulsions containing 2.5% prilocaine and lidocaine.
Active ingredients: lidocaine 2.5% and prilocaine 2.5%. It is known that there are two types of local anesthetics - amide and ester drugs. Prilocaine and lidocaine belong to the amide series, and their combination is considered safe. Side effects may occur if, for example, you actively use a large amount of the drug, apply more than 60 grams of the drug in one application, etc. I use 2 grams per 10 square meters. cm of skin, no toxic effects occur at such concentrations. The mechanism of action is due to the fact that the drug anesthetizes due to penetration into the epidermal and dermal layers. The drugs have high fat solubility, they bind well to proteins in nerve cells and to albumin in the blood plasma. That is, today amide local anesthetics are safe compared to ether ones (for example, novocaine).
Skin anesthesia is caused by the penetration of lidocaine and prilocaine into the layers of the epidermis and dermis.
"Akriol Pro" contains 2.5% prilocaine and lidocaine, which provides high-quality, fast and long-lasting anesthesia. Also, the skin does not turn white after using an anesthetic, and if we do contouring at the same time, we are not afraid of missing indicators of vascular complications.
How does the procedure work and what will I look like after it?
To reduce the pain from injections, we apply an anesthetic cream to the face for 20–30 minutes before the procedure.
Then the doctor opens a sterilely packaged syringe with the drug in front of you and injects it into the correction area. Sometimes the drug is administered papules, sometimes not, it depends both on the drug and on the problem being solved. The needle marks may be noticeable for a few days, but you can use makeup to make them invisible.
Advice from the general director of the clinic, Natalya Buzhinskaya:
“Be sure to check what is being administered to you, always and everywhere. This advice may seem strange, since you are on a page on our clinic’s website, and it may seem that I am calling for you to check the work of the doctors of our clinic. In fact, this is for your own peace of mind. When you know that you were injected not according to the doctor, but you see the drug itself, the documents for it, you worry less, even if the swelling suddenly lasts not a day, but two, and this positive attitude towards the result also matters.
In our clinic, the doctor is obliged to show you the packaging and give you a sticker with the series of the drug administered. We want you to be sure that you were given the original drug, and we provide you with all the documents for it. There is an iPAD in the lobby that has photos of all certificates and registration documents. You can ask the administrator to send you a photo of the document for the drug.
We are confident in the choice of drugs for work. We are confident in the competence of the doctor performing the procedure. And this, in general, is 99% of the success of the procedure. Why not 100%, you are probably wondering. Because there is also an individual reaction of the body to the administered drug, and although complications are extremely rare and temporary, they do occur. The swelling lasts for a long time, there may be an allergic reaction to the components of the drug, but the more carefully the doctor collects the medical history, the less likely there is to get these complications.”

Rules for skin care after the biorevitalization procedure
You can:
- On the same day after the procedure, you can wash your face with water and a neutral cleanser, but try to touch your face less with your hands for 24 hours after the procedure. Remember that the skin’s protection is damaged by the needle; it takes a day for minor injuries to heal.
- You can wear makeup, but show your doctor what you wear. If this is a make-up with a dispenser, then there should be no problems.
- You can use your own moisturizer unless your doctor advises you to use another antiseptic. But exclude a new cream that you have never used for a week.
- Among the products that can be used to reduce swelling and prevent infection, you can choose Hydra-Cool serum or Sheald protective balm from iS CLINICAL, pharmacy cream with arnica.
It is forbidden:
- On the day of the procedure, go to the gym and sauna. The sauna should be avoided for 10–14 days.
- Go to the solarium for 10–14 days.
- Alcohol increases swelling, but does not affect the result, decide for yourself whether to drink or not)).

Cost of laser biorevitalization of the face and rules for choosing a clinic
Although laser biorevitalization of facial skin with hyaluronic acid is quite simple, it can nevertheless be carried out only with certain skills and following all the rules. In order for the result to be satisfactory, a number of conditions must be taken into account:
- Choose a specialized clinic (salon) with modern equipment.
- The specialist who will carry out the procedure must have relevant experience, documented, as well as examples of work with photos and customer reviews of laser biorevitalization performed by him.
- The gel that is used for such rejuvenation must be of high quality, purchased from official suppliers, and be in industrial packaging.
Be sure to ask how popular the clinic (salon) is, what its reputation is, and what reviews they leave about it. You shouldn’t go to the first one you come across; it’s better to compare several institutions and only then make a choice.
Prices for laser facial biorevitalization vary depending on the treatment area. One procedure can cost 2,500–12,000 rubles. This amount is enough for a lasting and noticeable effect.
Despite the high cost, laser biorevitalization of the face is worth the money spent, and after attending sessions, patients are generally satisfied with the results. If you compare a photo of the face before and after laser biorevitalization, the effect will be obvious.

Pros and cons of laser facial biorevitalization
The main advantages of laser biorevitalization:
- there are no punctures on the skin;
- spots and bruises do not appear;
- the procedure is painless.
Sessions can be held at any time of the year. Moreover, a couple of procedures before traveling south will help the skin become more resistant to ultraviolet rays and avoid photoaging. Upon returning from the sea, you can continue sessions that will restore tissue after active sun exposure.
But the procedure also has disadvantages:
- it should not be carried out if there are inflammations and purulent acne on the skin;
- cannot be done independently, as professional skills and special knowledge are required;
- It is prohibited to do sessions if there are oncological problems, during exacerbations of chronic skin diseases (eczema, psoriasis, lichen), or after operations.

Although biorevitalization is generally non-traumatic, minor side effects may occasionally occur:
- mild soreness;
- swelling;
- hematomas;
- papules;
- redness.
Usually these phenomena do not pose a danger and almost all disappear after a couple of days on their own, except for bruises - they may linger a little longer.
Serious complications such as infection and allergies occur extremely rarely. In this case, medical intervention is required.
