The procedure for peeling the face is approximately as follows:
- The hair is hidden under a cap, the collar area is protected with a disposable cape.
- To avoid infection, the face is cleaned of makeup.
- The fatty film that can prevent the skin from being fully saturated with oxygen and vitamin cocktail is removed.
- The skin is cleansed using chemical or enzymatic peeling, which destroys the stratum corneum and increases the effectiveness of the procedure.
- If the face needs deep cleansing and removal of comedones, a thermal mask is applied.
- If necessary, manual cleaning of pores from “blackheads” is carried out.
- Cleansed skin is treated with lotion, which disinfects and soothes the skin.
- The face is left alone for a while so that the pores narrow and the surface of the skin normalizes.
- The eyes and nose, depending on the strength of the impact, are covered with protective caps.
- The stage-by-stage treatment of the desired area with gas-liquid peeling begins.
- During the exposure process, the distance from the nozzle to the skin surface changes, depending on the prescription of the cosmetologist.
- Afterwards, a protective agent is applied that matches the patient’s skin type.
- Depending on the type of problem, a cosmetic mask may additionally be used.
- The skin is cleansed.
The procedure is over. After 15 minutes you can go outside. The skin’s sensitivity to the absorption of nutrients after peeling increases. Therefore, even if there are no serious indications, it is recommended to make a mask to moisturize and nourish the skin. You can apply the product at home or in a clinic.

Contraindications
Gas-liquid peeling is considered by cosmetologists to be a relatively gentle procedure; in some cases it is recommended to abandon it or should be postponed to a favorable period. Among the contraindications:
- the presence of inflammatory and infectious diseases, including herpes;
- elevated temperature;
- cerebrovascular accident;
- inflammation of the facial nerve;
- tendency to high blood pressure;
- diseases of an endocrinological or oncological nature;
- cardiovascular diseases;
- mental imbalance.
